Include salty foods on your diet. This will help keeping extra fluids on your body. This is only advisable to individuals who don't suffer health issues involving salt intake. Eat foods with more potassium like banana if you think you are losing electrolyte by having headache more often.
Apply sunblock or sunscreen. Make it a part of your routine. This is to avoid getting sunburn or other related skin issue. If possible, schedule your outdoor activities in the morning or in the evening. Avoid being exposed under the sun during the midday. If you cannot avoid being out during the midday, find shades to avoid direct sunlight.
Know what to wear. Wear shoes that do not expose your feet to the sun and cover your head. Avoid wearing sandals. Protect your face, head and neck by covering it with a scarf or using a wide hat. Wear clothes with light colors. Avoid wearing black. Use clothes that will allow your skin to breath like linen and cotton.
Stay in cool places and do not over exert yourself. If in any case you feel some sort of dizziness, difficulties in breathing, fainting or flushed skin, seek medical assistance.
